I am very unhappy with the doctors at this practice. I was referring to this office because the hospital found a mass on my kidney. I went for the first visit and I was told by the NP I had renal cell carcinoma and needed a biopsy before the cancer center would take me. I went and had that done then went back for a follow up. The doctor I seen basically blew me off! Even though I paid 145 for each office visit he acted as if he couldn't be bothered. I'd ask a question and just about everytime he would say \ I would suggest you get insurance\. This office left me with the diagnosis cancer and shoved me literally out the door. EVERY uncaring doctors and I wouldn't recommend them at all. Very cold hearted how this doctor treated me. If they didn't except those of us without insurance then they shouldn't of excepted us or me in the first place. Even though they said they did. I needed and still need help... Not to be taken for a ride. But again, they excepted my payment of 145 just to get pushed out the door.

I don’t understand why a secretary and not a doctor calls my fiancé and gives the result of the exam. I, as a doctor, would never let anyone provide the test result for my patient! This is unethical in my view! And they need to move them behavior with their patients!

On January 10, 2019, I went to the office for a follow up appointment after passing a kidney stone. After waiting an hour, I was called back to wait another hour and a half. Connie Whitsell was the “professional” that was to see me. After telling her that I had passed the stone and had it to be sent for analysis, she looked at me surprised. To my horror, that woman looked at me and said, “You passed it? Well darn! If you’d have had to have surgery, I would have gotten a Christmas bonus. Thanks to you, I won’t get one.” Not only that, but she all but made fun of me for asking for a follow up x-ray after the emergency room didn’t break up the stone in the first place and I was still in pain and vomiting days later. I wanted to know if it was still stuck and if I needed other treatment. These people do not care about you. Don’t expect a return phone call or and kind of professional behavior. You will wait long hours and pay money for an unsatisfying visit that will last a total of 2 minutes. Find ANYWHERE else to meet your medical needs. This place deserves less than one star.
