I've delt with 3 other urologist that were horrible self-centered only cared about themselves and the money. They tried to push me into a hurry up surgery and didn't want to answer my questions. When I'm met doctor Hayyrie he was very personable and took incredible time to explain to me the procedure and his methods. When I finally met Dr Hayyeri at hospital on day of surgery he put me at ease. As I was very nervous. I highly recommend Dr Hayyeri as a well trained ,skilled surgeon and his staff are delightful to work with. Thank you so much for your care and attention to detail Dr Hayyeri. Gods Blessing to you.

When I arrived at Dr. Hayyeri's office, I was greeted by a very nice member of his staff. She was friendly, smiling, and knew I was somewhat nervous about my first appointment with Dr. Hayyeri. My appointment was on time, and after being weighed and my height was measured, I wast taken into an examination room. I did not have to wait long before Dr. Hayyeri came into the room. He was very personable and friendly and explained everything about the procedure I would be having, the potential issues that were unlikely but I may have with the surgery. Dr. Hayyeri also showed me diagrams with regards to my surgery, and took the time to answer all of my questions, no matter how. I would recommend Arizona Urological Surgeons, Dr. Hayyeri and his staff to anyone who is in need of at Urological Surgeon.

Dr hayerri was great. Other than that I received a bill I called the office & they said I couldn’t pay over the phone & they would give me the billing department number, I said ok. She then put me on hold & then came back on the line and said they would be able to make the payment so I gave her all my information & that was that. Usually when the payment is made the money is taken out of my account right away didn’t happen. I called again the next week & they said to give it another week. I did. Left it at that. Couple months later I get another bill saying I didn’t pay it so I call the office leave a voicemail no one got back to me. Left it at that I get another bill I call the actual billing department & they said a receipt would be sent to my email. Money hasn’t got taken out & still no receipt. So frustrating!!! UPDATE: Money was taken out & received another bill. Not sure if it was sent out before I paid or after. I do have proof it was taken out.
