Its no policy or notes in Store for cash back. However, at 501 Spring St, Reading, Pa 19601. If you use your debit card, you can guarantee you won't get your money back. The cashiers who work at the registers, do not know what they are doing. As you understand that mistakes happen, money doesn't grow on trees. If you talk to managers they tell you that it will take 5-7 business days to return money. FALSE! It takes 5-7 more days to be re-evaluated by a Head Supervisor or manager. The corporate numbers to file complaints do not get resolved. These mini markets stores need to be audited for the many mistakes the cashiers and managers make in regards to reimbursements. During Covid-19 we should strive to be a lot more considerate. If anyone reads this review please do not call corporate, they will not do anything. Call the BBB and file a complaint your more like to get a response.

Very disappointed in the Turkey Hill located in Elizabethtown, PA. I believe this holds true for all 4 of them. They are still serving customers who walk in their door that are not wearing masks. You should be ashamed of yourselves. You were allowed to stay open if you abided by mask ruling. While other stores had to close. You mean to tell me you have no guilt with the obvious disregard you have for your customers that wear mask. I thinK Wolf should shut you down and let other stores that enforce the. mask stay open. I can remember your little sign that say no shoes, no shirt, no service ha you certainly enforced that rule.

15th street Allentown did NOT mandate masks. 4 customers were in that store in line not wearing a mask. I asked the cashier why they were aloud in the store, she told me there is a law and customers don’t have to wear one......seriously, are your employees not aware of the governors mandate law??? No more business from me!

I will never again set foot in a Turkey Hill again until I have been vaccinated against Covid 19, and then I will only do so if I have no other choice for the product or service I require. Your stores are not enforcing the mask mandate of the state of Pennsylvania. Apparently, the lives of your employees, and those of your customers, are of NO VALUE to you. There are other stores where the mask mandate IS enforced, and those without them are told to leave the premises. I will only support those businesses. Turkey Hill is too dangerous to enter. And it sucks that I cannot give you a ZERO star rating.
