They provided quick help and honest work when we had an urgent issue on a long trip. During an emergency on a long trip, we stopped in unannounced and they were able to look at our car within 30 minutes. They diagnosed the issue swiftly, it was an easy fix, and they did not even charge is any fees. Would recommend to anyone who needs help with their car troubles. Thanks for the great service.

We just had to stop there for a ball joint they really done us good great price good timing on getting it done we were more or less in and out a couple hours awesome job tuffy this is the Tuffyoff of Pierson road...

I'm not sure why it took this long for me to write this, but two years ago on August 9th, 2018 I got a flat tire on the highway near Pierson Rd exit on 75. I pulled off on the side of the exit ramp and shortly after, a white pick up truck pulled up behind me and said he owned Tuffy's right there on the corner and would have one of his guys put my spare on for me. I believe the owners name was Dave, but it was so long ago I can't remember now. He came back with one of his technicians and he changed my tire on the side of the highway. I was so grateful for him and will forever remember the kindness I was offered from a total stranger. It's been two years and it still crosses my mind.
