Orlando, the owner, goes FAR BEYOND any of my expectation with regards to helping me out with my car. For one, when my right rear tail light went out, he personally came himself and picked up my car and drove it to the shop, fixed it, and brought it back to me on the house. Secondly, when I got a nail in my tire a week after getting four new tires, he again picked up my car, brought it to the shop, took out the nail and put a patch on it, brought it back to my work, all this on the house. For another, when I got two flat tires on the way back from work on a Friday afternoon during rush hour, Orlando called a towing company after they were closed and had them bring my car to the shop, and was able to put four brand new tires at a great price! He is by far the best mechanic I have ever used with regards to high quality service as well. In addition, every oil change I need he will come pick up my car and bring it back to me in a timely manner. Please use Orlando for any of your car servicing needs, by far the best. Thanks again Orlando!

Hector and his crew of mechanics are awesome. They are friendly, fair, and honest. Their prices are great the they quote accurate lead times when it comes to getting the repairs done. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a trustworthy friendly mechanic.

I've used National Transmission for all my mechanical needs in the past. I loved working with Hector, the previous manager. He was very caring and did everything to suit my needs. I felt very confident regarding the work he performed. Then in 2017 they hired a new manager. I didn't "click" with him at all. I paid over 1,000 to have my car physically overhauled. They did a poor job! Headlights are still foggy and they didn't even clean/vacuum my trunk., etc. I'll never use them again. The owners are nice. What a shame.

Hector was very welcoming and personable. Roberto and Steve did a great job explaining what was wrong with the ticking in my engine. Turned out to be a purge valve which is an easy and cheap fix. Very honest guys. I will be back and highly recommend this location. Great!!

My husband and I were getting the run around from several other automotive shops in the area when we brought our car here. We were told we needed new brakes, rotors, a radiator, etc. from a couple of other places. When I called National Transmissions for an estimate Hector was friendly and informative. We brought our car in for a diagnostic and discovered that we did, in fact, need a new radiator. All the other repairs turned out to be the other auto shops trying to hustle us. They scheduled us for the new radiator that week, and they even threw in a free oil change. Their prices are reasonable, their work is great, and the customer service can't be beat. I definitely recommend this shop for auto repair needs.
