Clean and tidy and friendly staff. Only down side is that rooms 1 and 7 share a bathroom at the end of the corridor which was a bit of a pain in the middle of the night. And the kitchen fan came on at 6am and woke me up. Other than that a nice place.

Brilliant place to park when shopping in norwich all day parking is only 6 so a bargain and just a 5 minute walk from the city centre. Staff are very friendly here. Food is also very good. Highly recommended place to go for a few drinks, food or both! :)
Peaceful place to talk. Nice amber ale, but no stout or porter on offer. Pool table in the back room.
The most helpful and accommodating staff team running a clean B&B with an excellent pub/restaurant alongside. Well placed to explore Norwich town easily on foot.

Just had food from this place a lasagne for me a pizza and Kebab for my man cheese and bacon burgers for my son and mate twas bloody lovely cant go wrong if you order food from this place thanks Benny from Sharon
Good location for a short stay, very close to the town. Breakfast was good, room functional and service good.
Comfortable room and central situation for exploring Norwich . Previous report of poor choice for breakfast has been addressed by the owners, cereals and fruit available each day, eggs done to perfection, and a choice for cooked breakfast if you ask for it. Easy parking, clean towels every day, friendly staff.
