Jenette and her team have booked a number of holidays for us. The most complicated being a family 4 week trip to Japan. She knows exactly what we like, how to find the best deals and her holidays come with the absolute guarantee that Jenette will be there at the end of the line ready - at all times of day (and yes, night) - to help. She goes above and beyond every day. Travel is hard hit by Corona. So if you're planning a staycation - or a trip abroad - do support her. She does amazing things for the town and for every one of her travellers. Highly recommend.

2020 has been a year like none other I have ever known. It’s been a lot of hard work and not much play! After much discussion and review, we decided to book a holiday this summer abroad because as a family we simply needed to get away and have something to look forward to. We spent a lot of time in discussion with Jenette from Travel Options 4U about destinations which have had low covid rates during the pandemic and resorts that were putting in place lots of safety measures. We came across the Creta Maris resort in Crete and with the many pools (including a water park), private beach, beautiful rooms and a variety of restaurants - it was a clear winner for us. Fantastic family orientated resort with friendly staff and through cleaning regimes. We have enjoyed a wonderful 10 night break in Crete, felt secure and safe the entire time and have come back full of life and energy. I had wondered why people still use a travel agent rather than just book online these days, but Jenette has been incredible throughout the booking - giving advice, reassurance and assessing our every need along the journey. She works endlessly to put you and your family first, finds the best prices and deals and having someone (a real person and not an info@ email address or a call centre number) to answer any questions is absolutely wonderful! I will never book anywhere else again!
Exceptionally helpful. I visited with a rather complex travel plan, followed by an even more complicated one. Both sorted out by Jennie expertly. I have used the agency before, remotely, and had a more conventional holiday booking with them which went very smoothly. Much nicer to deal with specialists face to face rather than troll through online bucket shops

Jenny and Gill went the extra mile to help us book our summer holiday, calling and re-calling the rep and the office with our endless questions and \what-ifs?\. Nothing too much trouble and in the end we booked a far better holiday than we had first pencilled in, and at a better price! Both of them had been to the resort we chose and this was also a great benefit. Highly recommended..
