I went there today to book a flight to Australia. Their rates are cheaper compared to online travel agencies. The owner, Sheila, received us very well, got to know us a little, and was very accommodating the whole time. I could not believe the star-wrecking experience of other customers here, didn't encounter anything bad.

If I could give this place 1/2 a star, I would, but since that is not possible, I will settle for 1. We came to the Travel Lounge to rebook a ticket. We gave the woman (her name is Sheila) in charge the passport and money, but we had to wait an hour until we could get the passport and our change back. They made us wait and never updated or told us what they were doing with the passport. They served people who came in later before us. Once we complained to them, the woman started shouting at us and getting very aggressive. Although we did get our flight rebooked, it was a very stressful experience and I would not recommend coming here.
I walked into Travel Lounge in Robinsons Bacolod. Once I opened the door, I was instantly hit by the strong scent of wet dog. The people were unfriendly and constantly arguing. It was also very crowded. Absolutely hate the place. Horrible. Disgusting. Terrible. Vomit inducing.
I went to the Travel Lounge outside of Robinsons mall with the goal of changing my flight date. After a half hour wait we were received by the owner of the store, and a disorganized ten minutes of them taking, losing and refinding but not returning my passport followed. They sent us to wait in the back row of seats while they processed my application. We watched countless people come and go and no one told us what was going on. I got up to ask and I was told to sit back down, and that they were processing. After another twenty minutes I asked again and they began to get hostile. It was a very stressful experience and the owner tried to not pay my change. My receipt was a hand written note, and they had me fill information out on an oily sheet of paper. This was my first and last time visiting a travel agent.
Very slow service, lacking attentive staff, incompetence, what more can I say!
