Overall their service was fine - not bad, but nothing to get excited about. My issue with them was that the guy didn't turn our heating system back on when he was done. I totally understand forgetting a little thing like that, but he didn't even tell us that he turned it off in the first place; had he told us that, I would have thought to check and make sure that he turned it back on. Unfortunately for us, he didn't tell us, and we were baking all evening, which kept our house warm, causing us to not notice that that the system was off until 2 am when our babies woke up crying because our house was 10 degrees colder than it normally is. Again, I understand making a simple mistake, but at the absolute least he should have notified us that he was turning off the heating system in the middle of winter.

I'm highly recommending Trademark Mechanical for your HVAC or furnace needs! From the Google research I did, this shop was spot on! My gas furnace quit blowing hot air at the most critical time of this year! Like minus 7-14 degrees in the early hours...... I woke up to 40 degrees in the house, called TM at 8:30am, very pleasant staff dispatching a technician (Ivan) by 12:00pm. THE SAME DAY!! IVAN, you're the man!! Knowledgeable, great personality and your expertise with HVAC systems is amazing! If you have an issue with your furnace or anything to do with your HVAC system, ask for Ivan. Ivan came to do some regular maintenance and he did a great job. He was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about the whole system. I appreciated his spirit of friendliness and his clear commitment to continued learning and excellence. I especially appreciated his sense of integrity. In my opinion, a free market can only work when there is a solid sense of ethics in its foundation. I think Ivan is a great asset for trademark mechanical.
