After my original Heil heat pump failed after 7 years, The unit, which was under warranty, Titan was on it quickly and efficiently. Was very happy with the technician and the service. I recently bought a new home that had a heating system from Titan. I paid for a service call in September to have them come out to check the system and give me an overview. On Sunday the system wouldn’t work at all and it was very cold. I called on Monday morning to have a technician come out. The girl who answered the phone was very pleasant and said she was going to check the schedule and give me a call RIGHT back. At around 4pm I still hadn’t heard back and I left a voicemail for Kendall. Since then I have left Kendall three more voicemails with no response.
