Met a young dynamic, enthusiastic lad called nick today, he could see I was struggling with sizes and style of tiles for my 2x new project bathrooms, he offered his advise as a friend rather than a sales man which made me feel super comfortable with him. He was genuinely wanting to help me make an informed decision on my tiles rather than push me into buying somthing I wasn’t going to be happy with. Even though i didn’t buy the tiles today, I will be back to buy of him. His a lovely asset to your team. Keep up the good work Nick!
