Please refrain from coming to this dealer, (there are a few people who work here who are good, this isn't directed toward them!) but it is such a shame to see this dealer treat customers this way. Not honoring their word, especially when this part on our car was fixed, cost over 3,500 and suddenly has to be replaced again on an automatic transmission (we don't even put it into \stick\), not only should it have been covered the first time but the second time too, it makes you wonder if it's faulty craftsmanship? Then gave us a phone all after not getting in touch with us for months, saying that we don't answer your calls and you are going to start charging us for storage fees because \it's been too long\ after we tried multiple times calling and getting no response back or updates on the car. Horrible way to run a dealer, I feel bad for the people who do work there who mean well and have good intentions.

will never come to this dealership again...... i want my money back... this morning i brought my car to three county VW the key was stuck in the ignition i Bought a ignition lock housing, from them this morning and i had the key cylinder and ignition switch already i asked the service advisor how much it was going to cost me he said 3 hours of labor.. i pick up my car at 3 and he proceeds to tell me that my car chimes as if the key were still in the ignition and i got suspicious so i went inside and asked for my old parts back and what do u know the ignition lock housing was never replaced i spoke to the service manager and he tells me well how do you know that one isn't also the revised part mean while my key is hard to turn to the on position and the steering wheel lock doesn't work because of course its the old housing in there all they replaced was the key cylinder and the ignition switch...... which can be done in a half hour. what gave it away was the fact the tech took the old ignition switch out and put the new one in which doesn't make sense because i purchased a new one to be used with the new ignition lock housing i have the pictures and will post... im holding the new one on the bottom.... and the old one on top... old part number 1k0-905-851 new part number ik0 905 851 B...... I ended buying all the parts again this time I went to jack daniels vw.... I ended up doing it myself took me less than 45 minutes while 3 county charged me 3 hours long story short the car is working perfectly fine no thanks to them.. called about getting a refund and they told me no I’m taking this now to consumer affairs with all my receipts

Very disappointed!!! Never take your car to this service! I dropped my 2014 Volkswagen Jetta Hybrid for diagnostic paid 260 and no results. Service manager Matt told me that he needs another 5 hours to find out the problem and still can't guarantee that will find a problem. At the end I got my car back with a lot of parts apart laying in the trunk. Never ever will call this dealership. Too bad for VW reputation!!!
