Poor service. When attempting to place my order was told if I wanted to order any additional food to order at the window? He would not let me get a word in. Got to the window and they were excited \how fast\ they got us through the drive thru, but we didn't get the chance to place our full order and they ushered us out rudely.

Worst fast food restaurant management ever. Bought issue up to manager & he said there's nothing he can do.Unsafe because traffic was back out into the road because he refuses to do curbside pickup. Excuse was due to under staffing, but I counted 5 people inside working. If at all possible avoid this Popeyes off of Broadway in Tempe.

Spent just under 20 minutes in the drive thru Friday afternoon. I don't think they had enough help as there were only 5 cars lined up. Ordered the new cajun fish sandwich and a side of mashed potatoes. They have a marketing gimmick where you can pay .15 cents and if you don't like the fish you'll get a chicken sandwich with your fish insurance. If you're going to try the fish BUY the insurance lol. The fish was awful. It's like they dumped the whole jar of pepper on the soggy breaded filet. I've had lots of Cajun and Jerk spiced foods but this was unedible. Mashed potatoes were runny and cold. I'd give this place one more try for the chicken sandwich as that is what put them on the map and see what happens. Fish --not so much.

Told us to go inside to order even though drive thru was open and still had 2 hours til closing. With covid going on Drive thru is the fast and safest way to get food.

A brunch place that's modeled like a greenhouse - pure LA aesthetic. This restaurant was a bit confusing to find. It's located on the second floor of the Line hotel. Parking is difficult to find since it is located on a busy street in LA but we were able to find residential parking a couple blocks away.
