This place is an absolute gem! The views, the amenities and management staff are all incredible. Extremely dog friendly with a great community of residents. There's incredible hiking trails encompassing the property that you can explore for hours! I've lived here for almost 5 months and honestly have loved every second of it here. Whenever I have friends from out of town or even closer to the city come out to visit me, they all say the same thing- like I live in lakeside resort! I've stayed at several apartments across the state since moving to Texas years back; properties that are managed by Greystar, Lincoln or Alliance... all lipstick on a pig with a revolving door of staff. Here, on a property management level, I've never encountered more friendly or engaged staff. I was super meticulous when it came to which unit I wanted and the manager was more than accommodating to make sure I got what I was looking for. So far, I've had to put in for ZERO maintenance requests as everything looks, but more importantly FUNCTIONS, like it's brand new. All the community facilities- clubhouse, pool area and gym are incredible; honestly does feel like a resort at times. I think you get the most bang for you buck in Northwest Austin by staying here at Tacara.

Our experience at Tacara has been awesome from the front office staff Tiffany is our go to she is very friendly, answer our questions or concerns in a very timely manner! When we needed maintenance done to our apartment, Nick and Pete came quickly than the expected which was awesome they took care of the problem within 10 minutes my sink was fixed! They were awesome we have nothing but good things to say about living here.

Transition from Sparrow to Pinnacle has been terrible. Couldn't even pay my rent like I had been paying for months. Trash has been piling up for weeks. They fired all of the pleasant staff and locked doors to amenities we pay for. What a joke.
