I recently bought a 2020 F250 from Brian and Jonathan. The dealership experience was good and better than other dealerships. What I didn't like are the seemingly ticky tack games Ford as a brand plays. I'm a disabled veteran and purchase Ford vehicles with that discount. I also qualify for the DAV bonus and military rebate. Nothing on my certificates say they can't be combined. However, Ford will not allow a dealership to give those rebates. And you don't figure that out until phonecalls are made, because if the dealer gives away money with no manufacturer reimbursement, it's then on the dealer. I love my truck. I'd just love it more had that extra 1500 came off the price.

My 2010 Mustang GT was in a different business's shop for over 3 months while they unsuccessfully attempted to determine what was wrong with it and I was billed by that shop for their labor and new parts. I then had car towed to Susquehanna Ford for repair. Susquehanna Ford successfully determined and completed the repair the following day. The Service Manager went above amd beyond, communicating with me every step of the way. I went to them as a new customer that day and I will continue to go to them for future service/repairs. Some may say their labor rate is high but I'd say you get what you pay for. I'll pay their rate any day rather than a cheaper rate someplace else.
