Working With Chris Way has been wonderful. Previously there had been an issue with getting repairs completed in a timely fashion and after giving Chris a call, everything has been wonderful since. We had courteous service, a fair price, and good customer service with everyone we dealt with yesterday in purchasing our Escape. The staff was able to work it out so we could pay for the vehicle without coming back from Brighton to Springfield today because our bank had closed early yesterday. We commend everyone for their friendliness and kindness, but we especially want to thank Darin Parsons for the way he made the whole process as easy and seamless as possible. Great job, Darin!
