This is my third time using their service. Normally I get my elderly mother tickets to the ballet or the museum for Christmas. This year, due to the pandemic, that is not possible. So I ordered a singing telegram for her to come the day before Christmas. She was so surprised! I was on the phone with her when they arrived and could hear her laughing and singing along. I could hear that they had personalized the "show" for her and their selection was a great fit for what I told them about her! After they left she cried a little bit because she felt so loved. So good. Such a great gift for birthdays, special occasions, or just to brighten someone's day. Very reasonably priced too in my opinion!

I could never use their services after seeing (and photographing) their vehicle parked in a handicap parking space at Trader Joes on Colorado Blvd today, 1/18/ 2020 at around 5:45 PM. Oh, did I mention that the car had no handicap sticker or plates? Why did I notice? Because I do and could not park near the store. Later- Great job doing something illegal then blaming me!
oh man, what a great show. Did a singing telegram for my hubs and his bday. Fantastic! Great singer and performer. Communication during the process was a bit iffy, but probably a pretty busy company. Overall completely satisfied and look forward to using them again. The performer was hilarious and great! Definitely worth it!
I just want to say that this service is well worth it. I had a special orginal idea to have someone sing a song to my gf. The owner went out of her way to make sure it was very special. Thank you so much as she loved it very much. I got total kudos on this one. The best in town!
The performance was fun! And everyone in our office really enjoyed it. However communication between us and whomever was going to be delivering or organizing was not the greatest. We thought no one was going to show up and wound up starting our plans without the performance. We even let the people who the gift was for know our disappointment because we thought no one was going to show up. Although the organization process was not ideal the performance was something to remember. Thank you for coming through
“Sunshine Telegram Service” is Amazing. You have to be prepared to help plan, so explaining the way through the doors and what she might expect is important to present the telegram. I called and left a message, she called back and left me a message and she left me a voice mail when the best time to call would be. The next day she was easy to get ahold of. Payment was the same you give any business, if it were to be online or a pay an electric bill if you pay by card like I did. I gave her as much time as she needed because my telegram was a Surprise Employee Appreciation Flower Arrangement with the Singing Telegram Service. A Couple days after my first call, I went in to see my doctors; everyone had to make sure I was the right patient who ordered the flowers. Everyone was so excited and appreciative. Sunshine Telegram even let the staff record her famous telegrams so everyone who missed out gets a chance to see her singing part that went with the flowers. I didn’t like seeing the negative reviews on such a rare service so I couldn’t let her down and I ordered her service. The reviews were wrong and I am happy I went with my heart’s desire on this purchase. Because we live in Denver we all have busy lives and understanding that concept, your patience will get you a wonderful singing telegram. Remember we all run into emergencies sometimes too. I would call her a week or more in advance if you have a big on time appointment you need her to be at and make sure to give her incentive so that appointment can’t be missed. Her ad says 60 for the affordable service if you really need her help; but giving her 100 bucks or more for the delivery I think is well deserved. Sunshine Telegram Did a Great Job Guys! I sent the "homeless lady" to my brothers work for his birthday. It was the best present I have ever given someone. The pricing was completely reasonable! I wasn't there to experience it :( but from the feedback I got from everyone who was lucky enough to be there they had nothing but amazing things to say. She was absolutely hilarious!!! Played the part perfect! Thanks to the amazing experience my brother will talk about this present forever! Thank you soo much!
These folks are awesome. All I told them was that my girlfriend liked rainbows, unicorns, and sparkles, and that I like R&B. What was delivered was a beautiful, wonderful man in full unicorn costume with a rainbow vest and sparkly wings singing a customized song right to her office at the exact day/time requested. There was absolutely no hassle, their prices are more than reasonable, and they really go above and beyond to please. UH-MAZE-ING. Love them and would highly recommend.
