Very nice place, desserts were out of this world, me and my daughter had a waffle each I had the chocolate fudge mess and my little one had the strawberry one both very big and we didn't leave any. Place keeping up with Covid having to order through a QR code however very easy to use once registered will 100% return! Thanks Creams Middlesbrough for making my little girl happy with good customer service and Food

Went for my first time and really enjoyed my dessert. The staff are friendly but the place could do with a bit of a revamp, it’s starting to look a bit run down however, would it stop me from going again? No I’d go back for the Lotus Biscoff waffle any day!
I went there with my family and placed an order for all of us but unfortunately only one of them was correct and my pancakes with banana had no ice-cream, no sauce and only had 6 slices of banana in it,, yes I have checked it. By the end of the evening we had to place 3 orders to get the stuff we asked for. I did not complain at all but I think that they should train their staff properly before letting them working at the till, other than that, the ice-cream was nice and once we received the right pancakes order it looked great.
Called in for 2 pieces of cheesecake to takeaway the portions were extremely small and for 13.90 I was actually disgusted. Also the place itself looked like it needed a good clean. Won’t be returning I’m afraid. Cheesecake wasn’t even that nice.
Service was fast (a few till problems but sorted quickly!) The hot chocolate was a bit disappointing as it just really had oreos on the top rather than oreo flavour. My friend asked for a glass for the water but was forgotten about and was a bit underwhelmed with her sundae. Overall a nice place to have a catch up, go for the waffles
