From her initial contact, establishing the case and ensuring all the facts were relevant and the dispute had merit, through to the very end and the settlement agreement. Sarah has been on hand for my queries, worries and questions throughout, despite the time difference and issues that caused from Australia to the UK. She has listened, advised and understood.
