Called to follow up on my application and after kindly asking for some clarification on the qualifications, I heard a deep sigh from the representative then shortly after a brief explanation she kept wanting to hang up. I asked another reasonable question and after her answered she said okay bye and hung up. Agent 0302 Why do you work at a job that’s supposed to be helping people in need when you are so miserable? Pathetic is an understatement. You should be ashamed of yourself. I called back and another agent did a very great job of answering my questions.

Wow, I see so many here saying the same thing I was going to say - they rarely return calls and then they are rude, no help, string you along... Did you notice that the only good reviews are from years ago? With this many people saying the same things - you know it must be true!?! I wish I could give no stars!! Can’t anyone overhaul the place and turn it into a place where citizens in need can get the assistance they need?

This establishment is absolutely Pathetic with a Capital \P.\ I spoke to an in-take representative (agent #3202), and she was as rude as rude can be. Very unprofessional and incompetent. She was extremely and overly rude and disrespectful over the phone, then hung up on me in the end. For the following week straight, I tried calling to get a hold of the in-take supervisor (Lauren). I left several messages on her answering machine along with having numerous in-take representatives contact her and request her to give me a call back. Not one single time did Lauren ever reach back out to me at all. It comes to show just how this facility operates and what kind of scum runs it.

Customer Service here is absolutely Horrific. I was cursed out over the phone by one of their in-take representatives (Agent #3202), and got hung up on. Then for weeks I've been calling them back to speak to a supervisor or someone in charge. No one has returned any of my phone calls. This place is an absolute joke. These ppl are just pathetic. This business should not exist at all.
