Poor (and no) communication. Calls are not returned and after accepting my need for their services I was assigned to Attorney Salvador who showed no concern for me. Would not return calls or provide updates. Missed appointed times to communicate saying others are more important than I am. It appears as if she might base her decision on who she willingly helps based on race rather that whom the Services deemed in need. After 9 months I was able to say to finance own case. It was filed on a week. I had a court date within a month which was postponed two months due to COVID but resolved and compete as of July 7, 2020. 5 month to resolve a case Ms. Salvador would not respond to, possibly because I did not \look\ like a person worthy of her attention. She kept trying to discourage me from using the service possibly because I was stopping her from helping one she deems more worthy. The entire case would have taken a few hours to file on line, a few hours here and there to update papers for the court. The hour for the hearing which was done over the phone due to COVID and the few minutes to send the letter with proof of discharge. I was not worthy of the time according to Ms. Salvador.

Could not answer a simple law question per personal property. When asked to speak with someone, they hung up on me.
I wish I could give you a 10 star rating because you did an outstanding job getting my case resolved in a very short period of time. I am beyond thankful for all that you did for me and will use your services in the future if I need to.
