Staff made me feel relaxed when choosing glasses and left me to decide before coming to help definitely the best eye test I have ever had. I can't prase them enough exellent staff.

Absolutely the most thorough eye test and eye health check I have ever had. The staff were really helpful and friendly not like other opticians who just have sales people. Would really recommend Boots opticians to everyone. Simply the best!!!!!!! By the way Tesco you got it wrong I do need new glasses.

Good eye test but the man who dealt with the glasses was poor he came over with 4 cheap frames i have had cheap frames before tay did not last long i rather have disigner frames

Can not thank Sharon Collier enough for the great service and support through a very stressful time. Glasses had broken also fitting was not done properly at NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE BRANCH Had my test done in stockton branch, but as i live in newcastle glasses was delivered to boots in newcastle, got a call on the tue to pick up :) but on arriving was asked my name and the assistant told me to take a seat .. A young girl. ( think she was training ) the reason i say this is because she was asking other staff information about classes which were varifocals. The young girl put them on me asked if i could see through them explained i could see but some things were not as clear all she replied with you need to get used to them !!! The next day glasses broke so phoned Boots opticians at stockton tees and with no hesitations they asked me to come in .. I soo pleased i went back to Stockton on tees branch... sharon collier was so caring and supportive she fixed glasses ajusted everything could not of asked any more of her. So a massive thank you to the fantastic service at stockton on tees i definitely recommend 100% keep up the fab work
