Eye Care Center Zurich is in a convenient and centralised location with professional, smiling and friendly service! I had YAG laser peripheral iridotomy performed on my eyes and the staff and doctors did everything to make my experience comfortable. The center is a family-run business with a longstanding boutique optician, Müller Optik (located in the same building) and housing a marvellous collection of the latest and vintage eye-ware brands available. After my laser procedure, I received my first prescription glasses which are 3D-laser-printed and I love them! The owners and employees offer excellent, individualised service there which I highly recommend.

Good - they printed and filled the form which I needed to convert my driving license. Got a vision test. Bad - price 200fr!!! Never coming by again.
I went there for my 6 years old daughter for her eyes check, Dr. H. Binder and optician Mrs. U. Rockstroh are great professionals very customer friendly. Highly appreciate when the customer is a kid. I highly recommend the clinic, kind and professional personal across all the center, including end to end customer services offering you the possibility to buy the glasses already there, thing that makes life easier!
My wife went here for her eye check-up. My wife's experience was mixed. The doctor was very nice and professional. However, the optometrist that she met said somewhat inappropriate and racist jokes about her height as an asian and plastic surgery and pretty Korean women very randomly after he figured that my wife is Korean. We've been in Switzerland about 6 months and don't speak German. I am not sure if it should be considered as acceptable joke in Swiss culture, but my wife was embarrassed and upset.
Best ophthalmologist and friendliest doctor overall I ever had to visit! Dr. med. Kus is extremely professional and equally friendly. I got an emergency appointment to inspect an eye infection almost immediately. Not only did the MD perform a very thorough check-up, but he also explained all facts in a very calm and friendly way! His Anatolian smile lit up the cloudy day in Zurich. The nurses were also very professional - top notch service!
Very nice and professional staff and doctors. A great facility too. Dr. Kus was really friendly and he explained nicely to me about treatments.
Bouncing me between 4-5 doctors, wasting everyone's time. Never seemed to be listening to my symptoms or be able to explain anything. Settled on a prescription that didn't quite work. The tests amounted to 700 CHF. Outside Switzerland I got the same for 20 times less, with more useful output from the doctors. In contrast to their indifference to my healh, they do care a lot about the score on google maps. They spammed me with calls and emails requesting to change my feedback. I'm guessing their high score is solely the result of such activities.
