Disgusting Service. My elderly mother tried to buy something recently with an old but still legal 20 note. They wouldn't accept it and rudely told her she had to take it to her bank. Bear in mind she's in her 80's, has severe mobility issues and cannot use public transport. She was forced to rummage around for more money, almost falling in the process. I want to rate them zero stars but I can't.

Completely useless. Don't go here if you need a prescription filled - they won't be able to find your prescription and when they do finally find it, they haven't got the drug in. They say they'll order it, you go back on stated day and they still can't fulfill the scrip. Worst pharmacy ever. Avoid.

What a waste of time going there. After paracetamol as I have just had an op only to be told there was in stock but limiting to one box only. Explained that I was disabled, terminal cancer and colitis. Stood at the counter trying to get my breath and clearly ill and still got refused. If there was a ranking for no stars they would have got them. For all you people stockpiling GET a friggin life and let those who need it be able too

Been going here for several years out of convenience really and it's been far from enjoyable. The customer service really isn't great. The staff seem more interested in laughing and joking amongst themselves even with a queue going out of the door. When you do eventually get served it's very matter of fact and impersonal. Time to move on I think.
