STAY AWAY FROM THIS STAFF. I recently stayed at the park for a 2 night camp stay at the park and it was such a beautiful stay. What ruined my stay was the horrendous customer experience that I received from the two ladies that worked at the check in. Not only did they not properly wear their face masks during our check in, they had such nasty attitudes and were very un-accommodating. I had kindly asked them if our parent's campsite can be moved next ours as my mother needs assistance during the night to go to the bathroom, but they refused to acknowledge this request. They were so rude that I unfortunately will not recommend this park or ever return. I also spoke to the camp host and he told me they treat most customers this way. The camp host was the only person who was nice to us during our stay. I hope the park takes this feedback into consideration and does something about those two ladies. One of them I believe her name was Michelle and the other one worked as the manager I believe and works in the office behind the front desk.
