Highest posdible prices, lowest quality. I have had transitions for over 20 years, when purchasing glasses at Boots I specified transition lenses, as always. On collecting I found that the glasses were not transitions. I told the staff who said that I had not been quoted for transitions, they would be 80 more. So I have a pair of glasses costing 240 which are basic, the lowest quality lenses I have ever had!! General lens quality very poor also.
Visited here today, Had excellent eye test from Lee, wasn't rushed in any way and everything explained, afterwards had lots of help from very friendly Maryse ,sure my new glasses will be great, Many thanks to all. Would highly recommend this opticians
Went there to get my frames corrected as one of the legs was too high. They said the fixed it but actually have it back to me as it was!
