I have been with the practice for along time. The vets, Maud and Heather are very good and I really trust their opinions. They are professional and very good with our dog Bruno. The staff at the vets are very helpful and friendly. I have recommended the practice to a lot of different people. Thank you for being so kind and caring.

An outstanding practice. Dweezil the dog is there now having his ear stitched after a thuggish dog had a pop at him. It could have been worse. Either way he was seen immediately on a Sunday. Dweezil apologises for bleeding everywhere. Dweezil has been here before in an emergency with a twisted stomach, which is often fatal. However, here he is back a few years later and a torn ear is like a scratch in comparison to rushing him here when he had moments to live. A great bunch of people. Expensive of course and so it should be for this level of skill and commitment. Just keep your insurance up to date! The negative comments here are pretty stupid and mainly involve people who have confused this busy practice with the NHS or something else there solely for their convenience.
Just wanted to say what a great experience I had at Village Vet today. This is the first time I’ve visited during the coronavirus pandemic and wasn’t sure how it would work. I was met at the door by the lovely vet, Jude Gooden, who asked all the things she needed to know. My dog was taken in for his vaccination and health check while I waited outside the practice. Just a few minutes later he was returned (after being given many treats by Jude). A very happy dog and owner. Very simple and straightforward procedure done well. Well done Village Vet.
My Dog Bella became very unwell. I had spoken to the vet in the morning. Bella was taken in that afternoon. The vet was very experienced. We where advised what they thought was best for Bella. Also they gave us 2 options. We where thrilled and over the moon when she came home that evening. Bella has recovered very quickly and is taking her meds. I would highly recommend . Thank you once again.
My dog became suddenly unwell. He was seen very promptly. He had excellent care vet was very reassuring. He continued to be quite unwell so I rang the surgery. Given excellent support. He is on the mend now. Would thoroughly recommend them
