Mr Scott Williams was the funeral director for my husband’s service. He helped my family and me navigate through all the arrangements during this difficult time. Scott and the Demaine Funeral Home staff ensured that our needs were met. Even during the pandemic’s times, we were able to hold a beautiful service to celebrate my husband’s life, everything went as discussed, the staff was extremely respectful through the different interactions, the funeral home was spotless and just brought a sense of calm amid the sad/unexpected situation. He demonstrated respect and empathy throughout the entire process, especially when referring to my husband’s arrangements and referring to his handling as him being “under his/Demaine’s care”. Not only is the facility beautiful, well-maintained and roomy, but the staff is absolutely the best you can get. Everybody there is warm and welcoming, most respectful in difficult times but not maudlin. I have seen many people who were emotionally at the end of their line, brought back by the Demaine staff through genuine kindness, empathy and humanity. Even in very busy times, they always take the time to listen and to be extremely responsive with every person who enters their door or calls. In times of trouble and sadness, you just can't do better.
