They were very kind and helpful throughout the process with father back in 2017. They were very understanding given the circumstances. I was not experienced at all this was my very first time having to do a cremation on my own. Mike walked me through every step . I was lost and still in shock didn't want to do much of anything when Mike called and said quote \ Daddy is ready to be picked up \ For me that said a lot. Actually put a smile on my face . He was very compassionate. Now I am in the middle of a planning the cremation for my last brother. It is a bit harder this go around but I have faith things with the paperwork will work out sooner rather than later. My brother passed away sometime ago and I just want to do this service so we can know he is at peace and resting ! I highly recommend this place as I did before to a few friends who have used them. Just ready to get this done. It is breaking my heart more and more everyday.

Cremation Service of Atlanta is one of the best companies I have ever had the experience of dealing with. Very professional, competent and helpful. They have gone out of their way to assist us and inform us through the entire process of taking care of my sons remains. They treated us with respect and were always there to answer our questions. They did what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. I cannot recommend them high enough.
