I couldn't thank you enough for all you help, from simple quick reply by email to all the smallest details to be punctual and accurate with eye to detail, choices of caskets and other memorable things offered amazing. my big boy Vinnie is back home, with momento of his paw print in clay, pouch of his soft hair and metal plate from his leg put in to small personalised box with his name on it, and the dog with bone casket it's worth every penny, thank you so much your a trully doing a lovely service with sympathy and touch of heart

I couldn't recommend this company enough. Its never a nice reason to be dealing with the loss of a pet, the gentleman who delt with my wife and myself made us feel at ease and answered all of her questions to put us at ease. The crematorium has been here for many years and came recommended by a family member. We travelled a very long distance to use the service and would do so again. They were that good, we had our dog back with us in under an hour and a half so we could take her home. If you are the owner, thank you very much for all you did.

We were unfortunate to lose our beloved Cassie while we was on holiday and in the care of our daughter. From the moment we made the dreaded phone call you made us feel at ease .the young lady who came to collect her was very professional and let our daughter carry her to the (ambulance)and made sure Cassie was comfortable. Cassie was brought back to us the very next day in a very nice wooden casket with her name on and we also had two lots of paw prints made. It broke my heart when we lost our cassie but you made her final journey very special with the funeral our beloved Cassie deserved. Thank you very much for your professional service with love from us all.
