We brought our beloved Kobe in at 9pm Saturday 5th Sept and saw a wonderful new Vet lady called Amy. Amy, I am so grateful for the loving way you treated my fur baby Kobe and you handled us in such a gentle, loving way. We were allowed to hold our little kobe in our arms on his baby blanket with his favourite cuddly toy called Mr Brown. Kobe went to sleep forever and we were given time to cry and pray with Kobe. I wish there had been a way to save our little man. Thanks for your love and compassion Amy. Thanks to Vets Now for the lovely card and forget me not seeds to plant in loving memory of our Kobes. I had a pet put to sleep as an emergency, so I can't really comment on the \service\ as such, but I was really impressed with the attitude and empathy from staff. They managed to make me feel that they genuinely cared for both LJ and me, despite probably seeing similar situations on a regular basis. I'll definitely be using them again if I need an out of hours appointment in the future.
If it was down to your company our girl would have been put to sleep within 25 minutes of being in your care! We fought for you to agree to sedate her and keep her alive until the day vets come back on shift. Thanks to the fantastic care from the staff at Beech House Vets we took our girl home at lunchtime the next day! You don't deserve the one star given but it won't let me post with no stars
Took my beautiful Dora to be put to sleep, and did not have the best experience unfortunately her body had not even been brought back out to me before I was hounded for money, I was visibly extremely distressed and finding it hard to speak I was crying so much. I understand they need to ask for payment but under the circumstances they could have been more compassionate and given me time to calm down and get my head together before demanding I pay them. I'm glad they are there at times other vets can't be as my baby was needing to be put out of her suffering, but due to the experience I'd have rather she was put to sleep at her regular vet where I would have been given the chance to breathe before being asked for money, I feel like the money was more important than the care of my pet. But it's all done and paid and I hope my experience was just a one off.
Emergency action was needed out of hours on a Sunday. Staff were helpful, professional and very caring. First-class service from a dedicated team.
