Called for advice to then be lectured on the fact I should be calling my own vet (they’re closed) or on that basis they should have their own OOH service. I was literally just looking for advice from people that are supposed to care about animals. As I said on the phone. Thanks for nothing.

Good place, took my wife here to get her seen to afta an accident, got seen quick, much quicker than mistake lane.?But felt bit silly wen she done poo in the waiting room.
My experience of this particular surgery is first class All the staff are friendly and you are always made to feel welcome which you would expect anyway The office/admin staff are really good and professional and are more than helpful The vets themselves are first class they tell you in lay man's terms what if anything is the problem and the way forward and more importantly put you at ease On a lighter note I tell everyone that what I notice about everyone at Ayres treat the animals as if they belong to them such is their dedication I would recommend this vets 100%
Brought Milo here today for his first injection. All staff were Kind, Friendly and Professional. I would highly recommend this vets to anyone.
Ayres have looked after our herd of Guinea Pigs for a few years now. Our eldest experienced a rapid decline in health the other night, and the management of our case was superb. Within 20 minutes of the call, our little man was comfortable. Thanks to everyone at Ayres for their care, compassion and commitment to our animals (friends). I wouldn't go anywhere else.
