I have done E-Consult after E-Consult to try and get some serious sense out of this god awful surgery in regards to my pain - Today I was completely ignored after completing an E-Consult in regards to Feminine issues and sent a pretentious text message about being prescribed pain killers for my “Symptoms” with no actual phone call. After speaking to one of the oblivious reception workers who insisted they were open, I have now been told that I am unable to speak with a Doctor and I must complete yet ANOTHER E-Consult to speak with the Doctor although this is exactly what I did earlier today. The surgery is an absolute joke, I have been with them my whole life and over the last 20 years it has done nothing but go rapidly downhill, and this shows from all of the good doctors leaving and being replaced with those who couldn’t care less. The 1.4 star reviews on Google really speaks for what this surgery stands for - Never the care of their patients but the funding from the Government they rely so much on in order to stay open. Avoid at all costs!

Keep receiving letters about giving our little one a flu vaccine. I would love to but every time I call there is not appointments available or I cannot get through and speak to someone ... Seems such a waste of time and resources for everyone ... letters, call, time ... when all could be done through a simple online booking form.

Currently still trying to book an appointment. Been on the call for 14 minutes so far and still only got to number 9 in the queue. How can these people still be operating in Southampton. They are a disgrace to the medical profession. 17 minutes now, still no. 9 in the queue. The repeated message also lies as it says if econsult done before 3.30pm will get same day response, just got email saying by 6.30pm tomorrow. Joke. Now at position 6. Now at no. 5. 22 minutes so far. Now at position 3, 26 minutes. Nearly half an hour. I'm through hooray oh wait, not hooray I can't book an urgent appointment on the phone I have to wait for a doctor to call me at 4.50pm today.

Just when you think they can't get worse, they always manage it. Rang today about an allergic rash from antibiotics,(well if that's what it is, or maybe I was misdiagnosed) after going to hospital last night and having them prescribed there. The duty Dr couldn't even be bothered to ring back. (After a 50min wait to get through to the '' call center '' Was told keep taking them (by the reception, who called back instead) and if I get worse ring 111. Despite being on my own, having no car and anxiety. It's almost impossible to see a Doctor and they keep trying to send me to West end or midinbury. Was only open 4 mornings a week, before covid and now not at all. It's not fit for purpose . Since it became living well partnership its gone from bad to terrible. I have to many bad experiences to list here.. If you can register anywhere else then do. Your life could depend on it. It's easy to see the attitude towards patients by their responses to reviews on here. I've seen endless excuse and one half hearted,passive aggressive apology. Says it all really..
