I've never known a doctor to be so horrible in all my born days! He was extremely rude, he wasn't understanding and by the tone of his voice he didn't even care! Cannot believe someone in that profession can be so cruel.

I don't even want to give 1 star. Never get through on the phone,when you do get through no one speaks on the other end but you can hear the reception staff making tea and when they realise they put the phone down. This is day 14 that I'm waiting for a call back from the doctors and that's with going through 111. What will it take for them to improve?

Really angry was put on hold for an hour and 15 minutes ,waited because I needed to speak to someone, started off with 7 people in front of me , I was next in line for 15 minutes and then promptly cut off at twenty five past six. fuming Grrr !!
