During these unprecedented, and challenging times, sincere thanks to Julie, for delivering our prescribed medications. We consider ourselves very fortunate to receive this service. Both of us are in our “later years”, so a delivery to our door has always been extremely welcome during these worrying times. Early on, during “lock down” and days of isolation, a smiling face was also very much appreciated.

The good news is the pharmacy has improved from a year ago when the service was appalling. Waiting times to see your own Doctor are still unacceptable, averaging 4-6 weeks. I saw the Nurse last month who was Brilliant as is Andrea the Heath Care Assistant. All in all, 8 out of 10. An average surgery.

Poor customer care and service I also found Doctors very unhelpful, made to fill like I'm an annoyance never seem to take you seriously I very rarely come away feeling satisfied with their care to the point where they have made it so I only call or ask for help when I have absolutely no other choice. Its doesn't seem to be all of them but without dought the majority.
