Amazing. We booked in Feb 2020, the airline flew the flight but it was to the USA and we weren't allowed to travel. We cancelled for a voucher. I thought that was it. But I emailed and asked for a refund, immediately received. I cannot fault the customer service, incredible. Responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, just excellent! I will certainly book with them again!

I wish I had read reviews of this company prior to booking my ticket. I had booked tickets to fly with Qatar airways who were offering greater flexibility when booking due to the ongoing COVID pandemic. When it came to wanting to cancel my tickets travel-trolley staff stated that I would be charged a fee for cancelling and would not receive a full refund from them. This was despite being told by Qatar that I would not have to pay for a refund and that I should get all my money back. Not wanting to lose out I decided to rebook to alternative dates having looked online and found alternative flights for 300 cheaper than what I had originally booked. I then called travel-troller and informed them of the dates I wished to rebook to only to be told not only would I NOT be refunded the difference I would have to pay 60 extra. When asked why I would not see a price difference in refund they stated that the price online is a promotional price NOT applicable when refunding. To me it would appear that the company are pocketing the difference in the flight and keeping the difference whilst charging their customers more. In future I would absolutely stay away from this company and their fraudulent actions.
Booked the ticket with them and today I called them to cancel it but they don't wanna refund it they u will get 157 in 5 weeks and still didn't get the confirmation for that basically its waste of time all of us should booked directly with airline I recommend not to book with them especially its rip off.
Booked a flight to Chile which was cancelled by the airline. Was lied to that I could only accept a voucher as refund. A few months later, i wanted to book a flight somewhere else using the voucher, I found flights with British Airways which were the value of my voucher and rang them to book. They said they couldnt match British Airways prices (despite best price guarantees all over the website) so I had to pay an extra 30. This flight was again cancelled by the airline. However the agent didn't contact me to tell me this. I only found out when I logged into my British Airways account to check my flight times as the holiday approached. Still waiting on my refund which they told me should take 4 - 7 weeks, its now over 2 months later and after numerous emails which were ignored and phone calls in which they admitted they had already received a full refund from the airline. I am still waiting for my refund. Very poor customer service and I will never use again. To not inform a customer their holiday is cancelled or refund their money in a relevant amount of time is very poor.
