Steven took wonderful care of my family when my grandma passed away. Little did we know that 1 month later, my grandpa would be joining her in heaven. Steven was amazing. He was kind, caring, compassionate and professional. Steven made the difficult decisions so easy. I am so grateful to him and Branch Funeral Home for taking care of of us during an extremely difficult time. Branch Funeral Home is the absolute best there is.

Branch Funeral home has taken care of our family for years. They handled arrangements for our daughter, our mother and most recently our Dad. They are professional and efficient while demonstrating incredible caring for our family. Anna helped us with the arrangements and Steven was on hand during and after the wake. Steven was sensitive to family issues and handled them with quiet tact. I wish I never had to need their help but I am so glad that Branch is always there to support. I highly recommend Branch and hope you never need them.
While it it never easy to lose a loved one, the branch team is so highly organized, empathic, professional and lead through the process quickly with years of adeptness. Their recommendations were always sound, there was no stone left interned, no questions unanswered and nor care not taken. There go beyond, while you may not notice during the process, your will remember every thing they say and do living up to their reputation. Recently my father in law passed away. As a family we cannot say enough about The Branch Family and especially how John and Paul made such a sad experience an incredible memory. We had to deal with Covid and social distancing and we did not even feel as if it existed. We have plenty of room, plenty of space no one felt uncomfortable. John brought Hudson who is the therapy dog from The Branch for my daughter and again the comfort level was over the top! Our dinner between sessions was delicious and relaxing. We loved sitting with family downstairs at the Branch and watching the video they helped us create and sharing laughs and tears. Our eulogies went live at a specific time during the week for family out of state and out of the United States to see, again not only for us but everyone we found comfort. Thank you everyone for all you did for us!
Branch Funeral Home in Smithtown did a great job arranging my mother's wake, the funeral mass and everything else. They made the process so much easier during a difficult time for myself and my family. My family and I would highly recommend them.
