Under promise and over deliver. This shop was fast, professional while integrating a personal touch. My car was fixed quickly and flawlessly. They communicated along the way and worked directly with my insurance for me. Quality shop for anyone that's wants their car taken care of the right way the first time.

Brought my 2016 Ford Focus in for an oil change and tire rotation on 1/18/20. The check engine light was not on upon parking the car. The work gets done and once I start the car to leave, it has a check engine light. I tell Caleb and he checks the codes. I'm told it's an o2 sensor and camshaft sensor fault. He assures me it is still okay to drive. I mention that I plan to drive to Illinois the next day and he still gives me the okay. After learning about what these sensors do, it seems like bad advice to drive 15 hours with this problem. Poor engine performance and fuel consumption. I will give credit for the poor wires to a rodent. But it is still hard to believe the technician did not notice this while working on the car. I also have to assume the tech did something during the work to cause these wires to become detached. The 2-star rating is for the dismissal of the problem. All they would have had to do was look at the engine to ensure the wires were still connected. Caleb told me to call Service department but their next opening was a week away. Things happen, there are weird coincidences. But if a problem comes up only after the service, then give priority to that problem. Any staff member I've interacted with has been great and this rating is not for the employees. Again, it is because of the potential for danger and further damage to the car that was completely dismissed and told it would be okay to keep driving. 80 for their work plus another 120 for another shop to fix the problem. Trust has been broken and I will not be returning to this shop. -Jon Robbins

Absolutely painless!!! Everyone was incredibly helpful. I dont know who to shout out more, the awesome salesman or the fantastic finance department. I was in and out in 2 hours and that is just because they insisted on cleaning what was already a pretty spotless vehicle. Constantly made sure I was comfortable offering beverages and making sure that my paperwork was constantly moving forward and was in the right hands. Thank you thank you rank you for helping purchase my new Nissan Rogue. I love it!
