Didn't find what I wanted at a different dealership and pasted by this one. Went in to see their truck selection and was greeted with authentic, honest people. I worked directly with Mike to find a certified used F150 and love my truck. Mike was very knowledgeable, cordial, and helpful in the process. The finance department worked with me to get the rates that would work for my budget. Everyone was very helpful and respectful of my time and finances. Really love my truck and the way it drives. Happy to have the Obaugh team to support me in purchasing the F150.

We had an older model Explorer and were searching for a newer one as we had been very satisfied with the Explorer. Every interaction with any employee at Obaugh was very positive. The salesman, Justin Bowers, went \above and beyond\ in providing details, suggestions, and options for us to consider. The paperwork we completed with Lisa in the office went very smooth and there were no issues or concerns. When looking for another vehicle, we will definitely make Obaugh Ford our first stop.

Had a really terrible experience here. My manual transmission Ford Focus broke down on the highway and after I managed to get it to them I had to rent a car from them to get home to Connecticut, a 10 hour drive. They took two weeks to replace a clutch and a flywheel on a seven year old car, for over 3,000. An engineer at Ford (friend) told me there was no way the flywheel needed to be replaced. Every day that went by made my return trip more dangerous (I’m 70 years old) during the surging pandemic, yet there was no apology or concern for my welfare or effort to speed up the repairs. Despite at least three calls for updates so that I could plan my return, they let me know on the Wednesday afternoon before Thanksgiving that it was ready. Because of all the uncertainty they caused, my traditional Thanksgiving dinner was cancelled. The service department told me I could just drop the keys to the rental in a box when I came to get the car, yet the rental department called me on Friday morning at 11:00 to say that if I didn’t get the car back by 11:15 a.m., they’d charge me more. They did not say how much more, but they did not care that there had been a holiday and that I had to come from very far away. I was told that the rental department was separate from the service department. Apparently, they don’t talk to each other, either, or ever make exceptions for extenuating circumstances. I just wanted to get out of there as fast as possible and knew they’d charge me however much they wanted! So much for southern hospitality! Basically, they knew they could get away with taking advantage of me and so they did, by taking two weeks to do the repair and not even considering giving me a break on the cost of the rental and replacing a major part that did not need to be replaced. These people are inefficient, dishonest and unprofessional. Beware!

By far, the best place to work for! Family owned, everyone is on the same level, great attitudes and quality from the sales people to the detailing shop, and everywhere in between. The most honest, transparent, and courteous dealership I've been into as well as worked for! And as also a customer, one of the easiest purchase experiences in the Valley, by far.
