Went to there to get a used truck, I've been reaching out to Dave prior to coming to the dealership. Didn't expect to walk out there with a NEW TRUCK!! It was a great experience plus not feeling rushed. No time for games. Come in know what you want and payment and roll out. Great Experience!!

Sheehy ford was a great place to purchase my vehicle. I worked with Edson and he helped answer all my questions in a timely manner without me having to come to the store due to my location being quite far away. He was patient and worked with me to get estimates on multiple vehicles until I found the right one for me. Him and his manager were very nice and worked with me on the price of the vehicle and explained all my options.. The finance person Wess was also great and attentive to what I was looking for. Overall the experience was great and the staff was very welcoming and they made the experience as stress free as possible.

BAD EXPERIENCE!! Even GM would not return my email when I complained. Bait and switch operation all day long. They tell you what you want to here and change it up when it comes down to making a deal. Found the truck on line. they advertise one price and change it when you try and make deal. I was looking at a truck and asked for a value on my trade before i drive there from another state. Was getting ready to do the deal and gave them the correct mileage on my trade which was a few thousand miles off which would affect the value by a few hundred. they tell me its 4000.00 less. Then they change the price of the truck on line. They also tried to tax me on the whole vehicle without trade credit. NO ONE CARES THERE ALL THE WAY TO THE GENERAL MANAGER WHO DID NOT RESPOND TO MY CONCERN!! LETS NOT FORGET THE BOGUS FEES THEY CHARGE!!
