Brilliant Care home for Residential, Respite and Dementia. Amazing staff and management who have the residents best interests and safety as number one priority! Beautiful rooms of all sizes and lovely grounds for the residents to enjoy. 5 star!

This used to be a 'Sunrise' Care Home. For some reason, after having it built they sold it off. However this is Sunrises loss and Rivermere's gain !! I have been shown around and the apartments are quite nice. With a large walk in shower in a wet room. The apartments have a fridge, microwave oven and a sink. Not that they get used much as all meals plus tea & coffee are included. Even guests get free tea or coffee, biscuits and cake !! It is also possible to have a meal with the residents. Car Parking is a bit limited and that, as far as I could see, is the only drawback.

I have just lost my mum who spent her last four years at Rivermere in Sevenoaks (previously Sunrise senior living). I was really blown away by the level of care and love that I found in my mum's carers especially over the last year or two. They looked after her and the other residents with incredible skill and informed intelligence, addressing their needs for respect and attention and personal care with infinite kindness. As members of the family we also received support and love that went beyond all expectations. I am immensely grateful to and in awe of these tremendous women.

The manager “SUE” is disrespectful! She calls people stupid when interviewed... she should be ashamed of herself as a manager! Never apply for a job there
