The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and they listen well. I have never had a sub par experience there and I have been a patron for over 20 years. The environment is clean and they have a vast array of eyeglass styles. My contacts are always right on. It’s what you want a local establishment to be like. Relaxed and not presumptuous.

Great Customer service! I was able to easily make an appointment. The doctor was very personable and I was able to get my exam and pick out my frames right after. Brenda helped me find my perfect pair of glasses and let me know what types of frames would be best for me and really understood my needs. Can’t wait to pick up my new glasses!

I've been using WS Optix for many years (tried others, but with less satisfaction). Dr. Gormley is a nice guy and uses up-to-date testing methods. The staff is helpful and always suggests frames that I wouldn't pick, but are more fashionable and fit my face better than ones I tend to look at - so I leave myself in their good hands.
