I live in Texas and found a cargo van that was listed online. I inquired about the van and was immediately contacted with further details. I worked with Matt and he answered every question, every call. I flew into town and when I arrived to the dealership, the van was ready for test drive and all of the paperwork for the sale was complete. Matt and Jill had me set up and handed over the keys within 30 mins of shaking hands on the deal. I turned a 2000 mile trip in 36 hrs and would do it all over again to work with these folks.

Very pleased with my service experience at Schmidt Ford of Salem Two weeks ago my brake warning light came on, I’m a retired Ford technician The Collinsville area was not familiar with the Ford dealers in my new location, My first dealer was LTD Ford of Centralia, I had a code checker from previous repairs I knew it Had codes in ABS System, the service adviser that brought me my keys said there was no codes Charged me 120 for very little time in the shop. My brother had recommended Schmidt Ford in Salem, wish I would have went there first, I called to make a appointment and Brett had recommended a possible cause, which I was able to Inspect my self, but I still needed the appointment they got me in right away, traced my problem down Between Brett and Brennen they both showed extreme professionalism as they troubleshooted my problem I definitely will return for service
