The staff was amazing!!!! My brother and I went in to just check out a van and actually ending up leaving with the van. Our sales guy Frank went above and beyond to get us the best deal!!!! He helped us get out of the lease we was in and finance the van we wanted!!! His co workers and managers helped out as well to make the best deal possible happen. I recommend Frank 100% He will make sure he gets you the best deal you want. Thank you Frank we are very happy with our 2020 Ford Transit!!!!

It has been three years since I last posted a review for Fette Ford in Clifton. Since my lease was up I visited the dealer again to lease a new vehicle. This time I was ably assisted by Christopher. Christopher was both polite and professional. He was very knowledgeable regarding both the vehicle and the leasing process. He was helpful without being pushy. The finance rep was also quite helpful. I am pleased to say that once again, I was able to drive off the lot in a brand new quality vehicle. Thank you Christopher and Kia for another great car buying experience. I will continue to recommend to family and friends.

Kenneth Gilyard is Amazing! He is pleasant and charismatic. He made us feel comfortable right away and goes above and beyond! Just when we thought we weren’t going to be able to drive off in a new car, he came back to us with financing options that were in our favor! If I could zero stars I would!! There is about 1 employee who is worth anything, but after all the issues I have had recently - primarily with the service department, I will never return and would NOT ever recommend, ESP to any female. NO WAY, STAY AWAY!!! Update 2/20 - I saw the response from the owner - I have already been in contact with the GM Chris. I have his cell phone number and the issues were not resolved. SO NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND! It's sad because between my family and I we have probably purchased over a dozen vehicles here.
