You can buy a gun at this place but you will never get ammunition to use it. There is a problem in the gun department. They always have a huge line and no staff to help.

Always friendly staff when we go. Lots of different items. Less crowded than other home supply stores. And they offer a veterans discount. You just have to ask them to set it up in the system beforehand.

I bought two small one seat Coleman go karts for my boys for Christmas. They are both pieces of junk. The starter recoil assembly broke on one of them on Christmas morning, before the first ride!! The drive train bolts rattled out of the other one on day two and now the chain slips on the socket. When I called Big R they said \call Coleman\, Coleman is totally unresponsive. Cant leave a bad review on the website either. Rip Off!!

Don't bother calling the store in hopes of getting any help. Whomever is answering the phone can't be bothered to answer questions (let alone be heard) and just puts you on hold or hangs up repeatedly. Calls do not get directed to departments you ask for. Very unprofessional.
