What a shambles very rude stuff have noticed this on a few occasions to elderly customer. Lost perceptions or said it had been collected when it hasn’t either they need to get there security protocols in place or fire the lazy staff! Avoid like the plague!!!

Shambles. Prescriptions all over the floor along with vast array of other medication. Waited in a line of 10 people. Vast majority told part of prescription wasnt available or none was ready. My father in law was back again after a weeks wait on medication to be ready. One lady was told cant you make do with what inhaler you currently have and hopefully we will have your prescription by tomorrow. Seems to be many employees yet one serving, an idea might be if your only dropping off a prescription to have another line and basket so your not waiting 40 minutes. The worst pharmacy experience I've ever had.

I feel sorry for staff. Shambles. Prescriptions never ready. Have to leave kids in car whilst waiting for them even tho they were given in days before. Communication between doctors and pharmacy non existent leaving you ping ponging between them. Disgusting

Daughter went to collect a prescription which was sent in last monday.its saturday now.chemist not open 20 other people waiting.apparently pharmacist hasnt turned up.how about some one actually coming out and telling people this.my daughters prescription is for inhalers!.bloody shambles that chemist.
