My father attended regularly during a period of 3 months for a leg ulcer and other skin conditions. Dr Morrall and nurse Gina were amazingly attentive and his conditions were soon under control. They continue to provide an excellent service during the current pandemic too. Patients are COVID screened on the phone and on entering and he feels very safe when visiting. Thank you to to administration staff too, you are a wonderful team

Really fantastic experience so far. Everyone I've interacted with - receptionist, nurses and GP - they've been nothing but empathetic, helpful and efficient. Very impressed!

Always Very disappointing ! I have lived here in St ives my hole life I have probably visited this surgery a handful of times . Every single time I visit I am still shocked by how terrible it is . I recently had a doctors appointment over the phone of which they couldn’t give me a time so I was sat by my phone all day till they rang At 6pm . I needed a prescription for the pill but I wanted to make sure it was a low hormone pill because it affects my mental health . I was the laughed at down the phone for this hole conversation after saying I had suffered with depression the last time I was on it . After a quite frankly odd and condescending conversation and the doctor saying at the end (I was really asking a lot) . I was then Prescribed a pill that was discontinued years ago .Long story short after another confusing phone call with another doctor I was prescribed a pill and went to pick the prescription up and shock it wasn’t there . I also went to this surgery a couple of years ago for psoriasis and the doctor googled psoriasis In front of me . And another time for what I thought was a lump in my breast and I was told to come back if it gets any bigger ? . None of my issues were particularly serious and I never go to the doctors unless I really need to . but I dread to think what would happen if they were . I’m writing this review also on behalf of a lot of friends and Family which have only ever had ridiculous experiences here . I understand these are testing times and this surgery is probably underfunded But It should seriously be a big priority to have good health care in a small town like this ! Such a shame . I won’t be coming back .
