Constantly waiting for someone to answer the phone. Every time I try to get through it takes a good 30-40 calls BEFORE they actually pick up. Definitely moving doctors this is an absolute joke. And then when you get to the doctors everyone looks so miserable and it’s not very welcoming at all...

Poor, never picked up the medical direct phone from ambulance staff, when told what was wrong by ambulance staff receptionist was dismissive and all most like so what, doctors should be making medical calls on what’s important, who should be see and who not etc, not the receptionist. Constantly making mistakes about ordering prescriptions. Feel free to wait 3-4 weeks for doctors appointments

Receptionist takes ages to answer the phone, sometimes they dont answer at all. Order my repeat prescriptions and had too many problems each time on collection at Boots. Boots told me Rillwood did send my prescriptions over despite i had requested it to them via emails. This has happened on numerous of occasions and im practically fed up of the whole thing. Male indian doctor there is so miserable he talks with a miserable face and with a stressful attitude. No smile and not nice. Cant book appointments in advance always says its fully booked. When i book an appointment to see a doctor we get questioned to why we want to see a doctor. Thats a personal question they say this in front of patients in the waiting room too. Not happy with the service at all so a 1 star il be happy to give a no star if i could.
