This company - Russell Collection Agency - has repeatedly ignored my responses to each of their collection notices for an amount they were collecting for a Flint medical laboratory. I can only assume that they were trying to gouge me for money that I did not owe. They claimed that I had not provided correct insurance information, so I provided updated insurance cards on numerous occasions, most recently in August, 2019. No response. They just sent me another collection notice in January, 2020 threatening to list my lack of payment with the Credit Bureaus, and thereby hurt my credit score. I called the Flint medical lab today, only to find that they had been paid completely by my insurance companies. They also said that they had informed Russell Collection Agency some time ago that the bill had been paid. I am outraged that this company - which in this case clearly isn't managing their business records - has the audacity to continue to send collection notices and threaten consumers like myself.

Thank You Russell Collection Agency for collecting money owed to my business. This was money I thought I would never see again. If your business is owed money I highly recommend Russell Collection Agency.
