I paid these people off, with proof in writing that the account has been settled and closed. They used to call me 20 times a day on a daily basis. Now they have begun again saying that I owe them more money, and this is after the account has been paid off in writing.
I have not received my statements for about 3 months and my payments were every 15 and they moved it to the 10th without even notifying me. they want there money but we have our rights as well
